Crashes often
The app tends to crash all the time especially when O check the WiFI in my house. That’s another headache, the system constantly crashes even if it’s not raining or cloudy

Sucks!
This app sucks. I was stuck in a loop on the spend went to a store for help. The worker there directed me to use the apps. Has anyone read “A Confederacy of Dunces?

12.0.3 broken
Face ID login is broken. Developer response was to DM AlexisG… not sure how to DM this person.
iOS Face ID says it does not recognize despite every other app use of Face ID working normal, it’s just T-Life not recognizing the face. Each time it asks for a new photo to be taken of the face using the camera, then immediately Face ID doesn’t work again. It’s stuck in a loop of not recognizing despite brand new photos. I am on the latest iOS 26.6.1 on an iPhone 14 Pro Max.

I can’t hate you enough
What the hell? Your app does not work, it hasn’t worked for ages. Now even the website, when i want to login redirects me to the app. And you know what, to login in app, you need to go back to website. But again, website login option brings you to app. Who the hell is your developer? Do you even think through these things? Have respect on your customers, otherwise you’ll lose us
