I love it, but

Living solo I don’t need Up For Grabs beside my Tasks on my display. Would like to be able to keep the Tasks the same width and increase the Calendar width. For me when Calendar only is displayed month with today’s appointments beside it 1/2 and 1/2 it would be nice to have calendar 1/2 , today’s appointments 1/4 and tasks 1/4. Skylight has been a blessing to me!!

Great way to stay organized!

I love my skylight and the app. I can easily add events for my family, color code them and keep everyone organized. Everything transfers from the app to the actual screen and my family loves seeing what’s planned on any given day. The app is very user friendly.

Absolutely a Game Changer for Large Family

I have a family of 6 and absolutely was losing my mind before finally trying out skylight a while ago. Since then I organize my college, school events, church events, and my work and my husband’s. Sometimes the app can be slow when I check off tasks or add them, but overall I love meal planning, calendars, countdowns, and more! My kids love the stars

Age restrictions on app

| love almost everything about Skylight-the functionality is fantastic, the in-home calendar view is exactly what our family needed, and I love being able to assign each child their own calendar, and make updates through the email settings. It has genuinely made managing our busy household so much easier. My one major complaint is that i can't share app access with my kids under 16 so they can view and manage the family calendar when they aren't home.

I have kids who are 9, 14, and 17, and they're absolutely old enough to need access to their own schedules and see where everyone needs to be. For a product designed specifically around family organization, this feels like a pretty significant flaw in development.

Otherwise, love, love, love it-just please give younger family members an appropriate way to access the app!

Mental Load Assistant

While my family hasn’t perfected the use of our Skylight Calendar (aka signing off of completed chores and tasks) just having a visual of the home workload has been huge for me personally-business owner, working mom, chauffeur, chef, housekeeper, therapist, etc. It is so helpful to see what needs to get done, complete the tasks, and see what strides I personally am making. I feel like my family is already getting better at recognizing that mom needs help, and they need to do their part. Family chores are EVERYONE’s responsibilities. We are a family of ADHDers, and it is so beneficial that we have a visuals of tasks, calendar, routines, etc.

Then Skylight customer service is superb, and we have been able to work through any questions I have.

The digital phone frame is a bonus!!

Skylight app

It was very helpful for me and my family to organize plans and make planning easier, but the fact that you have to be 16+ years old to access a calendar app scares me. It says family friendly and helpful for families, when if you have to be at least 16 your kids will be moving out soon so what’s the point of having a calendar for families that aren’t gonna even live together anymore! Love you all byeeeeeeee💕😁✨
