Project Makeover

My account has an error that says Your current account has an issue, and I cannot enter the game. I already contacted support and sent my User ID via email. Please check my ticket and fix this error as soon as possible.

Ok guys… I’m leaving with a heavy heart. When I dl’ed it about 2 years ago, I loved this! Then about a year ago, it was continually get harder. Now, I can’t even get more than 5 levels (unless it’s Stellar Voyage). I could get all the cards when it was first introduced and now I can’t get it to complete because of the gold cards. The rewards (the clothes, household items, the pets) are very very rare in my game. There are many mini-games where I can’t even complete them. I could buy the gems but it’s too expensive. They are in it for cash and for that I’m deleting it.

I have been playing this game regularly for years now, it's genuinely one of my favorite mobile games. I put a lot of time in to it, and even tell my friends to play it, so I don't appreciate the sudden blatant usage of generative AI in the game.

You don't understand how disheartened I was to open this new update and view such obvious AI use. I had inklings for a while that it might be used in small background things, but as a loyal player who loves this game, I gave the benefit of the doubt.

But this is too far. I'm genuinely upset and infuriated. Maybe other people don't care, but I do. I'm an artist by trade and can't be fooled or persuaded so easily.

I'm constantly tiering events, I am always up to date with the makeovers and excitedly waiting for the next one. If you continue down this path, I will unfortunately have to drop this game and tell others to avoid it at all costs.

I don't want to, I really love this game and have so much fun decorating. But I can't stand behind such disregard for art like this. Maybe people don't see mobile games as art, but I know what work goes in to it. I will not support any further if the gen AI continues.

Please do better and stand by your work. I have never left an app store review, that's how much this means to me, both how much I love his game and how much it hurts to see gen AI used. Please don't make me drop this game. :(

It’s a great game, probably one of my favorites, but it’s been more focused on getting me to spend money that letting me enjoy the game, plus the new event is entirely AI and I would prefer to support a game that put effort into it’s events more so than getting out as many as possible

This game is so fun especially the makeovers but they need to release more levels I’m sick of playing exclusive levels and not earning any coins during them. If they don’t release more levels I’m not playing. I’m extremely disappointed in the exclusive levels. I should be able to earn coins at any level.
