Misleading Pricing

The app does not clearly state when an up charged selection is being made. It’s annoying to get to the end of making a “deal” and for the price to not reflect the advertised price. I had to go back and forth multiple times to determine that several of the crust options are up charges.

There estimation time is horrible

Their estimation time is horrible it took them over 1 hr and time-wise if you are hungry I don't recommend this.

Delivery doesn’t work

The app almost never works when you order delivery and sometimes it’s taken money out of my cards when it didn’t even place the order. Only when I do carry out does this app work and make it worth being installed onto my phone bcz of its discounts on carry out pizzas

Unable to order

I have tried everything and when I try to do delivery on the campus that I’m on, it won’t let me choose the campus section or the building number

Inconvenient

It’ll randomly brick itself and won’t let you order, and you can’t use promos or anything in store according to their ignorant staff, get better systems and employees

Lying promo code

Tried using promo code and all of a sudden there is “technical issues” when I go to check out. But when I go to make a normal more expensive order magically there is no technical issues. This you should only go to little Caesars

Domino’s Pizza app

The reason I’m rating you like I’m doing. Is because you can’t add payment methods. On the app.

Updates Take Away My Points

Updates have taken away my points several times. I’ll be one slice away from a pizza and do an update and boom my points are gone. Has happened several times over the last few years.

Worst Food Ordering App

I have repeatedly had issues ordering delivery on this app and the website, it is poorly designed, prone to issues and bugs and a terrible overall experience. I’m not technologically illiterate and not basing this off of one bad experience, this is a repeated issue I’ve had.

Tipping options aren’t great

If you’re paying even for a partial order with a gift card, it will not let you add a tip. Incredibly inconvenient and seems to discourage using gift cards

Payment failed

It’s saying that we can’t pay for it online because it’s a technical issue. It’s this app was updated today, October 13, 2026, then it screwed something up.

Half the time I can’t even order with the app. My deals never go through and expire by the time I am able to use them. I’m done wasting my money with you people.

Poor layout

The new app as of October 11, 2026, is terrible. The old versions were really good. This new version kept deleting the wrong pizza, and I didn’t realize it and my order was wrong. I’m going to stop ordering from dominoes until the user interface is fixed.
