Ingredients
The modifications don’t align with the ingredients. So if I have no sour cream as a mod but order an item with sour cream, it comes with sour cream.
The app needs to bring back the option to remove any ingredient. The modifications don’t show up to the stores screen.

False Advertising
The food images in the app quite literally do not depict what you actually get. For example, the "limited time" double steak dipping burritos are only half the size of the product in the image and the bowl is also half the size.

Change Locations bug
On iPhone 13 Pro Max, latest iOS, when changing locations, the “Pickup Here” button incorrectly overlays the list of locations. So you end up clicking on a different location rather than confirming the one you want with the button. Not a huge fan of the menu overhaul either. I do not need a picture player for my food menu. The back forward and play buttons are completely unnecessary on a touch device. Would like to see the menu simplified, compacted, and uncluttered.

Bad recent update broke breakfast
A recent update prevents me from ordering breakfast at nearby restaurants until hours after they open.
Submitting an order leads to “UH-OH” graphics and a GO TO BAG button is the only option. This persists for 2-3 hours (9 AM Central) past the affected locations opening, then breakfast orders can be submitted.
A 24-hour location seems fine but isn’t close.
Very frustrating and costing the affected locations breakfast sales.

Worst new design
The new UI design is horrible it feels like everything isn’t finished loading yet and just not at all easy to use/navigate
