Not a real app and the service is terrible
It’s not even a real app. It’s just a glorified web browser. And the Ticketmaster service itself is horrible. it also complains about my Wi-Fi connection and my cellular connection even though all of my other apps use them just fine.

3 days on apps phone & online!
Good luck getting ADA seats as a fan club member, Verizon, or whatever else. They get hundreds of dollars for a show but nobody can guide you through getting the appropriate seats or parking. I’m sure I’ll forget all of this on show night… but it makes me wonder if enjoying a show—as much as I do—is worth the trouble and expenses. Makes me miss the old annoying was of lining up at venue ticket offices!
