Perfectly entertaining gameplay is tarnished by conflicting, unnecessary AI generated visuals. The AI portraits and occasional story graphic are so jarring in comparison to the atmosphere of the game that it’s almost laughable. You’ve got this like, dingy run down plague setting, and the characters fit well when they’re the low poly 3D models. But the second their AI portraits pops up it’s like… wow, that’s John Mobilegame and Jane AI. All the men have exaggerated cartoonish features, which would be fine if it was consistent at all and made with deliberate intention, but it’s not. And the women are genuinely baffling in this setting. Picture the typical AI generated woman, that’s literally it. Uncanny, way too clean for the setting, and NOTHING like the men. The worst part is none of these portraits are necessary. The low poly 3D models are a vibe and they would work just fine on the selection screens, and the talking portraits are unneeded because the text box and character models being on screen more than suffice. The gameplay is fun but so remarkably standard that the only reason you would choose this app over others is the aesthetic and story, but it’s ruined by the lazy addition of AI that completely takes you out of the setting. We need to have better standards, seriously. Put intention and effort into your game, throwing needless AI in there makes you seem like a money hungry tech bro.

Was excited to play after watching the ad. Downloaded the game and it was NOTHING like the ad. This is literal FALSE ADVERTISING! Shame on you!! Would give a zero star rating if I could.

I love the way the characters talk you through whats going on and they make sure that you’re on track. It’s very enjoyable!! 😊

Had hoped it really was skill based but you can pay to win. Buying heroes and other item is not skill based that is pay to win. Deleted it, I guess I am truly a “the journey is half the fun kinda person” never got past healing Cecilia before deleted.

even though it's super different from the demo in the ad, it still had potential and was a little addicting. over time it changes completely and becomes 100% a gatcha game. super disappointed. i just wanted to play a longer version of the demo

Gameplay is a copy and paste of other idle strategy games, except instead of original characters and artwork, it's all AI generated garbage with a lame nonsensical storyline (probably also written by AI.) Also in game purchases are pushed so hard and are wildly expensive. Cheap cash grab game.

Overall it’s a good game, nice concept , however the preview gameplay isn’t accurately advertised.

I was thoroughly enjoying the game until I progressed far enough that the game opened up the social aspect. I don’t want to join a guild or league or whatever it is in this game, and I don’t want to be inundated with chats, which immediately happened. I deleted the game after that. Such a pity. It was great until that point.
