Going down hill
Every single time I order through DoorDash it’s a hit or miss.They literally don’t care whether or not you get your food as long as the money comes of your card their fine.They don’t reprimand the dashers for lying or stealing, and if your food arrives cold or doesn’t arrive at all they won’t refund you or give you credits I wouldn’t recommend.0 stars if I could.

Terrible Service – Missing Groceries and Zero Accountability!
Absolutely unacceptable experience with DoorDash! We ordered water and milk, and the delivery driver contacted us regarding the delivery. We clearly instructed the driver to leave everything in our apartment lobby.
However, when we went downstairs to collect our order, NOTHING was there! Our entire order was missing, and we strongly suspect the driver took our groceries instead of delivering them.
How can customers trust a delivery platform when something like this happens? We paid for our groceries and delivery service, yet received absolutely nothing!
DoorDash needs to take responsibility for its drivers and seriously investigate incidents like this. Customers should not have to worry about their orders disappearing after paying for them.
Extremely disappointing, frustrating, and completely unacceptable. I would give ZERO stars if I could!

Not using this app anymore
This was always a good app i would use for food delivers or any items i needed for the house but now as of recently is no longer safe for me to continue using scammers have been able to access my debit card information and i’m seeing 20 or more dollars being taken out of my checking account for unknown purchasers
Is clear to me this app doesn’t have strong systems in place to keep debit card information safe therefore i’ll no longer be reinstalling.
